Thank you all. I'm relatively new to Sparks. Did it a few years ago when it was offered through my employer. Now I'm trying it on my own.

I never seem to do all the things I plan to do, regarding eating right (my biggest downfall), exercise, etc. I work out enough but then overeat. Most people would not call me overweight, but I do. I want to enter the later stages of my life at the weight I think is best and that's about 20 pounes less than I weigh today.

I hope this Sparks tool keeps me on track.

I was searching for something local and low and behold found this team here in Plymouth. I live in Plymouth so.....a natural fit.

I retired in December of last year. I've been doing fairly well with increasing my work out routine and am excited about the coming of spring (the official version) and doing a lot outdoors.

I play tennis, though I am quite rusty, and love to ride my bicycle.

Anyway, that's a little about me. Again, glad to be a part of the local team.
