Thank you all. I'm relatively new to Sparks. Did it a few years ago when it was offered through my employer. Now I'm trying it on my own.
I never seem to do all the things I plan to do, regarding eating right (my biggest downfall), exercise, etc. I work out enough but then overeat. Most people would not call me overweight, but I do. I want to enter the later stages of my life at the weight I think is best and that's about 20 pounes less than I weigh today.
I hope this Sparks tool keeps me on track.
