Is this a new team, or are there only a few people stuck at a desk all day? I am lucky to only be at my desk five or so hours per day, but I have gained about 10 pounds per year doing it for the last four years I am hoping this team can help me with some realistic ideas for how to lose weight when changing jobs is not really an option.
The only difference between stepping stones and stumbling blocks is the way in which you use them.
I work for a great company and love my job. I have lunch at my desk most of the time. Generally, I don't get home till after 6:30.Then I just want to veg and not do anything the rest of the night. This lifestyle is killing me. I gained 15 pounds in the last year. I need a change.
