I just wanted to say hi. I have not gone paleo yet, but plan to this weekend. I have several books on it. I wanted to be prepared before I started. Also wanted to wait until payday so I can do my grocery shopping :) My family already eat pretty healthy and low carb, but I need to step it up a notch. There is no bread, crackers, cookies or sweets in my house. There is still oatmeal,pasta, and rice. Used in moderaion but I have noticed a difference when i go a while with out them. My big issue will be my morning coffee. I hate black coffee. Love flavored creamer. So I think for the first 30 days there will be no coffee for me :(
I am excited to start, though I know the first few weeks will be hard. Coming off sugars and bad carbs when you've had them for 33 years will not be easy but is definitly do able and worth it for my health. I hope to learn lots from you guys.
