Do you count calories with this plan? The book says no need to IF you follow his guidelines I will track what I eat though. Day one for me..it feels so good to eat carbohydrates again and not feel guilty. Atkins and SB were making me feel so deprived..I was craving fruit. The thought of another all protein type breakfast was sounding horrible. I guess we all have different ways and things that work for us. I truly believe I am a vegetarian at heart! So glad to have found this team.
