I needed to delet myself so Sharmae could take over as the leader of this group. I started this group a while ago because I have Osteo-Arthritis in both of my knees and I am working on reducing inflamation in my body to reduce my pain. I also had a serious injury to my left knee that required surgery. To date I have lost 41 lbs which has helped ease my pain. In Oct of 2011 I started seeing a Chiropractor 3 x's a week, I now see him 1x a week. I also have changed aspects of my diet, I eat more fruits and vegetables and not as many grains. I also try to get in 30-to 60 min. of exercise per day. It is usually walking but I also do some stretching and I am branching out and trying some yoga. I did not have enough time to lead this team but I will check in as I am able to cheer you all on. Have a great week everyone. Sharmae, I hope you feel better soon. :)
Sharmae13, You can take over this team as team leader. I am logging in to Spark People every day to log in my food and exercise but I haven't been checking in with any teams. This team needs a leader who can give it more time than I can right now. I spend all day on the computer at work so I don't want to spend all evening on it too. I will still check in with the team as I am able to. I hope everyone will meet their goals in 2013!
