Hello! I am new to SP as of today. I am a convert to SP from WW. Nothing wrong with WW, but I needed a change. Lost 20lbs from WW, but things have gotten stagnant and I needed a change. I am looking forward to this! Just bought the SP tracker and can't wait to get it. I had previously had the WW activity monitor and paid the WW montly fee and also the $5/month fee for the activity monitor. Looking forward to more info and community from SP.
Hi, I bought the Spark Cookbook from Amazon last summer. Unfortunately I don`t often think to take it out and use it. I depend on recipes that come in Newsletters. I hope others insights will help me make good use of this incredible cookbook. Nancy
I am new to SP. Been here just about ten days or so and still learning so much every day. Mostly how to navigate such a huge site with so much information. I am an avid cook and am really good at making fat and calorie laden recipe more healthy but still tasty but I was so ready for some new recipes so I bought the SP Cookbook. It looks pretty good to me! Can't wait to get started!
