Your doing the right thing coming to Spark People Tammy. Lots of recipes and any exercise you could possibly think of, I've found here on the Spark People site. Hi, Tammy, you're starting great. Remember, start small and build up. I didn't lose my weight all at once, and you' won't either. Just make small goals, say, 5-10 pounds at a time. If I hadn't myself, I would have given up before I started. Remember, I'm pulling for you, and so are all the rest. You're starting on a journey you won't regret. Just never give up!

hello, my name is Tammy. I weigh 330 pounds. I have been obese since I was a teenager. I am tired of the way I look. I am tired of carrying around this excess weight. I have medical problems that interferes with my weight and all my Dr.'s say I need to lose weight. Its like I don't already know that. I look in the mirror and I don't like what I see. I need to change my lifestyle habits to form healthy habits. I need to lose 175 pounds to meet my goal weight. I am starting off with small changes such as my fast break goals which are: 1. drink eight - 8 ounce glasses of water daily. 2. ten - fifteen minutes everyday of exercise. and 3. get 8 hours of sleep every night.
