Hi, Tammy, you're starting great. Remember, start small and build up. I didn't lose my weight all at once, and you' won't either. Just make small goals, say, 5-10 pounds at a time. If I hadn't myself, I would have given up before I started. Remember, I'm pulling for you, and so are all the rest. You're starting on a journey you won't regret. Just never give up!
hello, my name is Tammy. I weigh 330 pounds. I have been obese since I was a teenager. I am tired of the way I look. I am tired of carrying around this excess weight. I have medical problems that interferes with my weight and all my Dr.'s say I need to lose weight. Its like I don't already know that. I look in the mirror and I don't like what I see. I need to change my lifestyle habits to form healthy habits. I need to lose 175 pounds to meet my goal weight. I am starting off with small changes such as my fast break goals which are: 1. drink eight - 8 ounce glasses of water daily. 2. ten - fifteen minutes everyday of exercise. and 3. get 8 hours of sleep every night.
