I had to change my food habits first then I started walking short distances at a time, now I go to the gym twice a week with my son and walk and do other exercise like with coach Nicoles dvd's . Take care of yourself do what you can and get healthy.
hello I am new to the site here. let me share a little about me and why I am here.I am very obese earlier this year my doc told me that I was pre diabetic. I somehow got my A1C out of the danger zone because I lost a few pounds. but unfortunately I gained it all back and then some. I seriously took a reality check and looked in the mirror and I did not like what I saw. I was always overweight or obese. Now I am telling myself I have got to do something because it is affecting my health. Sleep Apnea, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, high triglycerides, joint pains caused by arthritis. I have other health problems too not related to my weight issues which I am taking a lot of medications for which is a downer for me.
