Most of the recipes are available in the food tracker under the "Recipes" tab in the Nutritional Tracker. There is a drop down box labeled "Cookbook Recipes". If there is one you can not find let us know so we can add it to our list.

The ones that aren't loaded, you'll probably have to put in manually.

You need to use the code on page 466 of the book to claim your sparkpoints for buying the book. After you do that, when you go to your nutrition page and click on recipes, there will be an option "cookbook". There you can search for the recipe you made and add it. Pam

I need some help and/or advice.. I have made several recipes from the cookbook and I want to transfer them into my food tracker.. but cant seem to do it right. could someone please walk me thru it... thank you and love this team and cookbook.... looking forward to many many more recipes!!
