Just got my cookbook and I am excited to try these recipes and see how everyone else is doing with them. Really like the Card planner that looks helpful, might make my own in Excel and add some more categories. But this will really help for the main meal planning, breakfast and lunch aren't a problem for me. But when I have to add my husbands interest at dinner than I have to work harder and taking care of us both. Just beginning. 2nd week. Lost 5 lbs last week.
