You have the right mind set going. I decided to change my lifestyle rather than diet. After losing 29 pounds, we went on 4 different mini-vacations over 4 months. Normally I would have gained it all back, buy I only gained back 5 pounds. And that was mostly because that 5th month, I had a hard time getting back into exercise.
In 7 months, you should be eating healthy without even thinking about it. Good luck on your new lifestyle. Karen

I'm offacially at the end of my rope. I'm 28 and I'm at the heaviest i have ever been. I hardly recognize myself. I have always been heavy but comfortable in my skin but recently i have lost my edge i just stoped caring. I contribute this to being stressed. I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 years and have had no sucess, i know my weight has a lot to do with it. But today is the day i have decided to chance my life. i dont want a diet, i want a lifestyle change i want to be healthy when i finally do have kids. Also we are planning a week vacation to Chicago and i want to be able to go shopping and buy new cute smaller size clothes so i have 7 months to jump start my new life. I am really hopeing this website can help keep me motivated to reach my goals.
