The SparkPeople CookBook will certainly give you plenty of recipes and ideas. And, of course, the recipes you can access through SparkFood.com from the site here give you even more options and possibilities, though you need to remember that they haven't all been vetted for "healthy". Common sense is all you need to use.

Have fun with your cooking and your eating, I think that's important too.

Hello,

I made a lifestyle change in February, 2012 from eating junk food and drinking pop to eating healthy foods and drinking 80+ ounces of water a day. As a result, I dropped over 70 pounds and I'm currently transitioning from weight loss to maintenance.

One of my new goals is to cook healthier meals for my sons and husband and to teach them how to eat balanced meals. In the past, we did not eat fresh fruit or vegetables. That has changed! We also eat very little processed food now. I'm hoping to find some healthy recipes for my family and myself!
