Welcome, Celeste. As long as you keep with the mind set that you are eating healthy, not dieting, you will do ok. I went on 4 different vacations this summer and didn't gain any weight because I chose to eat healthy, NOT DIET!

Oh yeah, and Happy Birthday!

I came across this site today and this is exactly what I have been looking for. I turned 44 years old yesterday and am tired of the up and down weight gain. I want to lose weight but I also want to start eating healthy again and start exercising. I am ready for this journey.
