Register you will see a part in the food tracker for recipes. There is a separate one for the cookbook recipes. I know the chicken tenders is on that as I have made them and logged it on the tracker. I did enjoy the tenders.

You need to get the bonus points for buying the book( I don't remember what page it's on in the cookbook). After you do that, you will have the option on your nutrition page to search in the book for the recipe info. Pam

Hi ~ I am new to this team/board. I just got my new Sparkpeople Cookbook and found a recipe I will be trying. When doing a recipe search at SP, I found it was not in their database. Now I guess I have to enter this recipe???? Thanks, Sharon
