Hi everyone my name is Karen. I joined a few weeks ago after I received my cookbook but I haven't introduced myself yet. The cookbook looks great and I am looking forward to making a lot of recipes in there. Last night I made a half recipe of the Ratatouille with Whole-Wheat Pasta and it was very good. I used a whole can of the diced tomatoes though (a full recipe calls for 1 1/2 cups) so next time I will cut it back. I had leftovers for lunch today and ate it cold. It's great that way too!
