I actually bought my cookbook before I joined spark people. I have been one myfitnesspal and have a fitbit but I needed to have a closer look at my nutrition. I've never really cooked before but these recipes really easy. I don't think I'll be ruining anything.
I'm currently unemployed (was a long term sub until the end of may), but will begin my first year teaching in August. I have to budget at the moment, and I'm worried about the cost of groceries. With all of the, I'm still extremely excited about being healthier.
