n I've tried every diet and diet site you can think of and I think Spark is the absolute BEST. The tools are wonderful and the people are extremely supportive - keep active with your teams because they will give you so much encouragement and even a few hugs when you need them. The cookbook is great. I bought the Kindle version but I'm going to buy the regular book too. The Nutrition Tracker is my favorite tool because it keeps me honest and accountable for my choices. Also, check your daily reports on the tracker page - lower right hand side of the page is the box See Today's Full Report . This report was a key factor for me because by studying it for a couple of weeks I learned that I was eating way too many carbohydrates - potatoes, rice, pasta, etc. I cut back on these and now the weight is coming off nicely. Remember, slow and steady is the way to shed the pounds if you want them to stay off!
I used to think it was some scientific formula but now I think it is because when you lose the pounds slowly, you are giving yourself the time to learn how to eat properly - adopting a new lifestyle - instead of just rushing through some fad diet that you could never stick with for life just to get some weight off fir bathing suit season
