I always had a hard time getting in exercise because, to be totally honest, I hate exercise. What I do like is activity so, I found a couple of activities that I actually enjoy and it just so happens they also are "exercise" - just disguised
Maybe you can find some activity you enjoy doing - for me it's water jogging and Lawn Bowling, but it could be bowling, tennis, golf (walking the course) or anything you like doing that gets your body moving. Good luck
