Hey Everybody... Name is Karol. Here's the gist... My highest weight has been right around 190. At the beginning of May I had what I called 'my break through with food.' I decided that I was either gonna' finally get in shape or not!!! At which I weighed myself the next morning weighing in at 180. I've always worked out so that wasn't an issue for me. So I decided to start counting caloires; eating no more the 1700 a day. I gave myself six months to take off thirty pounds; five pounds per month. So far I'm on track! I weighed myself this morning, and tah-dah, I weighed in at 171!!! I got teary-eyed because I said, "Finally!!" So here I go! My next goal in life is to be a fitness model. Wish Me Well!!!
