Hi, y'all. I just joined the team after purchasing the cookbook and reading the first two chapters. WOW. I have already learned so much and relate especially to the content in chapter 2. I have been eating like Goldilocks my whole life! I am hoping that SP and this team will help me change that.

I am a 30-something married mother of one 2 year old boy. :)
