The third tab on the tracker is Recipes, and there is one for the recipes in the cookbook. It's very helpful for tracking the portions from the recipes in the cookbook. Correction it is the fourth tab over, not the third, sorry.

to the team. I am sure you will love the book. You will have favorites that are not other people's favorite. Try what you like. I will throw my favorite into the ring, drum roll please the winner is Slow Cooker Chicken Stew. Tonight I am actually making Creamy Broccoli Cheese Soup. There was a thread on here where everyone raved about it. I wouldn't even touch broccoli until 15 years ago. Good luck with your cooking. Don't forget to share your likes and or dislikes(impossible). If you know of any good recipes don't keep them to yourself, ok.
