I find that if I plan my meals and write down everything I eat, I can stay within my calorie range, You don't have to go broke to stay on track, There a lot of good protein beside the expensive cuts of meat. I eat a lot of chicken breast, fish and turkey, & beans. If you need recipes, go to the recipe section. Good Luck. You really can do this.
