That slow cooker salsa chicken is the BOMB. I've made it a couple times and my man loves it. So I have some frozen for when ever we want. Can't wait to go grocery shopping on Sunday. Going to be getting a couple recipes ingredients then. One is going to be pad tai. Just because we love it lol.
I've made three things from the cookbook so far (not counting the spice mixes), and I found them tasty and the recipes easy to follow. I also used a couple other recipes as inspiration for my own meals. I'm single so one four person meal feeds me for four dinners, so I haven't made a lot but I'm looking forward to trying the fish packets next.
