I bought it on my kindle. I'm reading it while at work. I plan on starting the recipes this paycheck when I go grocery shopping.

Just got my copy this weekend, and am finding it hard to pick my "first" recipe to try!

That slow cooker salsa chicken is the BOMB. I've made it a couple times and my man loves it. So I have some frozen for when ever we want. Can't wait to go grocery shopping on Sunday. Going to be getting a couple recipes ingredients then. One is going to be pad tai. Just because we love it lol.

Enjoy the moment

I've made three things from the cookbook so far (not counting the spice mixes), and I found them tasty and the recipes easy to follow. I also used a couple other recipes as inspiration for my own meals. I'm single so one four person meal feeds me for four dinners, so I haven't made a lot but I'm looking forward to trying the fish packets next.

I bought it when it first came out. With all my time constraints I have not been able to look at it beyond the first few pages.

My goal to myself is to read a little but at least 1 time a week and to make 1 recipe this week and then increase it by 1 more recipe each week until I have tried them all.
