Hey Amanda. Welcome to the club! My first suggestion would be to get the cookbook and spark book. There are so many amazing recipes that are simple to make that have such great flavor you'll never want to eat anything else. The Spark book has a lot of insight into why we are who we are as well as a lot of motivational/inspirational stories as well. You can download both of these to a kindle reader easily on Amazon.com. In the meantime I would start using your nutrition, fitness, and weight trackers. They will definitely be an eye opener and inspiration. You can do it one step at a time...literally!
