Hi all, Just starting on Spark need help in keeping motivated to make my ultimate goal of being healthy and 95 pounds lighter by the time I reach 50 in about 17 months. I want off the weight roller coaster and to be healthy for life.I have a wonderful family, and need to set an example so they do not have the struggles that I have to overcome. I still have kids and want to be able to see them graduate high school, become successful adults, and get grandbabies (SOME DAY, NOT SOON PLEASE) LOL open to all suggestions support. I love to cook and have a bunch of different likes! So thanks for all input in advance I look forward to a successful journey!
