Hi everyone! Thank you all for the welcomings and all the kind words!! I went to the gym last night and am so sore today it is wonderful! I feel like I am on my way!
Please keep me posted on all of your journeys! I know some of you have talked about cooking in instead of eating out, and I am excited for you to share recipes you like - I am in a similar boat with my boyfriend, who hates vegetables and has a sweet tooth.....he of course, is not a pound over weight! He is very supportive though and is so diligent I know he will taste and try whatever I make. I have been trying to roast butternut squash and make carrots and things that are naturally sweet to compromise, but ultimately this is my journey and I need to get into my own rhythm. It's just so much harder with two ;)
