I am amazed this cookbook has so much information in it about the "how to's of healthy cooking" I'm fairly adept already so it's a little heavy on that for me...but I know there are an awful lot of people who barely ever cook and have a lot to learn. This will be great for them.
I'm still reading....just got it 2 days ago....will be making some recipes this weekend.
I made the Sparkpeople recipe for Cheesburger soup yesterday (not in the book, go to the site) and my husband and I both loved it. Perfect comfort food on a cold night.
