I went out on lunch today to pick up my copy and I cannot wait to get home and dive right in! I really enjoy reading cook books and couldn't be more excited to read through this one and start making some of the delish recipes! I'm also looking forward to being part of this team and reading the reviews as people start making some of the recipes!
I am amazed this cookbook has so much information in it about the "how to's of healthy cooking" I'm fairly adept already so it's a little heavy on that for me...but I know there are an awful lot of people who barely ever cook and have a lot to learn. This will be great for them.
I'm still reading....just got it 2 days ago....will be making some recipes this weekend.
I made the Sparkpeople recipe for Cheesburger soup yesterday (not in the book, go to the site) and my husband and I both loved it. Perfect comfort food on a cold night.

I've made several recipes so far and have liked them all (although I will tweak some of them the next time around). I've been reviewing my recipes as I make them and posting them General Team Discussion Forum.

HI..Just got my book today! I hope to sit down and look at it tomorrow. I was wondering what everyone thought about it so far. Have you made anything that you could recommend?
