I know that ALL of us here on Daily Weigh In LOVE the idea of weighing in every day. For me it keeps me accountable. If I gain, I really watch myself, and if I lose it motivates me. Either way, it's a big plus.

Veronica can I identify with you! I stopped weighing and gain 17 pounds of the 60+ I lost. I am weighing daily, without great success, but at least right now I'm not gaining.
Welcome to the Daily Weigh-In team. You'll get great support here.
Do not be afraid of going slowly; be afraid only of standing still.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and, he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6)
My name is Veronica and I am addicted to weighing in everyday. I say this because I weigh myself faithfully, everyday! I have had people tell me that this is not good, so I stop doing it and gained 10 pounds of the 47 pounds that I lost. I feel like if I weigh myself everyday, I will stay on track.
I am grateful for this team. I feel so at home here. I am open to any advice and hope that I can get the encouragement and motivation from this team that I am yearning for.

Every day in Africa, a gazelle wakes up and thinks, "Today I must run faster than the quickest lion, or I will be killed." Every day in Africa, a lion wakes up and thinks, "Today I must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or I will starve." So whether you're a gazelle or lion, when you wake up, you better get running.
