I have: Just Dance Just Dance 2 Just Dance 3 Abba: You Can Dance Black Eyed Peas Experience Dance on Broadway Michael Jackson Zumba
Zumba is brilliant for really getting moving. Just Dance 3 is my favourite JD so far - largely because it has some real exercise-style moves in some of the songs and more variety than the others in the series. But the other two are fun and still get you moving. Abba, Black Eyed Peas and Michael Jackson will depend on whether you are fans of their music. Personally I like them all. Be warned though, that the Black Eyed Peas does include some age restricted lyrics, though they removed the worst of them from the game.
The only one that was a disappointment was Dance on Broadway. I wouldn't recommend it, even if you love musicals, because the visuals are poor, the moves are limited, and they really don't give you much of a workout.
Hope that helps.
Oh, and if you have a microphone for the Wii, you can sing along to the Abba game as well as dance to it. :-)
That is a seriously impressive weight loss! Congratulations!!! I have a number of games for my Wii, including Exerbeat, Wii Fit Plus and a lot of dance ones. I love how much I get done exercise-wise when I am enjoying myself. :-)
Hello, I got Exerbeat a few weeks ago and love it. I've had the Wii Fit Plus for a year and it really helped me get moving. But I needed to up the challenge and Exerbeat is doing that for me. I enjoy the variety and the calorie burn.
I had many health issues when i started out on a weight management program 13 months ago. I have lost 132 pounds so far and feel so much better. Sparkpeople and the Wii games have been a big part of my success.
