Hi Eshara43 aka Susan here. I do chair dancing every time I am on my tablet or computer. I find it is better then doing to a dance lol. I dance to my reggaeton zumba music and its great. I can set my own pace when I do it. Sometimes I get a great workout especially the upper body where I need it the most. Anyways I am going to be doing it again tonight and this time I will throw in some weight exercises as well

Very excited to find this team.!!! I am in the process of organizing and scheduling my program. I have researched many articles and teams, realizing past failures of my health and not being able to stick with any program.
I always began where I left off and that never lasted very long, leading to depression, lack of interest and giving up because of my health issues.
Chair dancing is great, basic, easy and rewarding.
I am so looking forward to all the benefits it has to offer, seeing and getting results but most importantly taking baby steps making this journey my life-long goal each day the Lord has blessed me with.

HI, saw your page and added you as a friend- this sounds wonderful as I like the walk away videos but can not always do them - have painful neuropathy and now heel bone spurs that are flaring..

I joined Spark in July 2006.
I purchased my first Jodi Stolove DVD, Chair Dancing Around the World, about a month ago.
I became interested in chair aerobics after pain from bone mets from stage IV breast cancer made it hard for me to stand or or walk for long periods of time.
I first had cancer in 2003, it was stage II breast cancer then. It returned in 2007 to my bones, now it's stage IV. I have been on chemo since April of 2010, and right now getting radiation to part of my spine and to my right hip, where I have bone mets causing pain.
I use to work retail until November 2008, had to quit because of the fatigue from my cancer treatments. I am single and have 2 kitties that are my babies.
My name is Shari; I have been a Sparker since July 2006, and living with Stage IV breast cancer since 2007.
