Hi! I'm really glad to find you. I currently have limited mobility due to osteoarthritis in my knees and excess weight. I am hopeful that as I continue to lose weight and get some of the pressure off my knees, I will be able to do more. It is very difficult to bend my knees without pain, so I m presently doing water aerobics, chair aerobics and strength training until I am able to do more. Looking forward to learning from you and sharing with you all!

My name is Nola and I first ordered the DVD's about a year ago. I have Osteoarthritis and paralyzed vocal cords which makes it hard for me to exercise at times. The Chair Dancing is so much fun. I really enjoy the Stretch and Tone workouts as I can do them when my breathing is not very good. I hope to eventually have the entire set.
