Are you asking if there is a LiveFit meal program (yes, its on BodyBuilding.com's website) or are you asking if the LiveFit diet is set up as a Sparkpeople meal plan (not that I know of)?
I use Sparkpeople's food tracker to input my actual food intake, basing my meal choices on Jamie's guidelines (I do NOT follow it strictly, like "when" to eat fruit, but I do mostly stick to the approved "clean" foods and the eating schedule and calorie suggestions (which don't start until Phase 2). Phase 1 just focus on trying to eat clean and get enough protein (this takes a few weeks for most people).
Maybe someone else can answer the food log question better than me...?
