GREAT results for Phase 1! you're going to LOVE the results you see in 2 and 3! glad you like the food-- it makes a huge difference.
I lost 11lbs total and 20.5 inches my first round of LiveFit.

Keep it up, you're doing tremendous!

I am new to the group. I am old to spark- it helped me loose 60 pounds about 18 months ago but some crept back and now I want to get in better shape- more athletic. I started the Live Fit program just about a month ago. I am on day 30 today. I had good results in the first phase (lost 7 pounds and about 7 inches all over). I am on the second day of the second phase and still very motivated. This is possibly the first time I have stuck with a specifically structured program for so long. I am doing my best to follow the eating plan and have discovered many of her recipes to very yummy as well. I am looking for motivation from others to help me stay on track and I would love to hear some success stories to help keep me motivated as well.
