Morning and a big belated WELCOME to the LiveFit and the team. It is great to hear you are doing this with your family. Awesome! I find a big difference with the BCAAs, but can't speak for flax as it is a big allergen for me. Yep, I enjoyed plyo on LiveFit. Unfortunately I was just doing Insanity, which I loved, but it may be too much for body to do for that long. Still recovering from an injury. Did not have that problem with LiveFit, so it may have been the perfect mix for my body having short bursts of plyo in those workouts. Once I am healed completely I will return to doing it as I did in LiveFit.

Ya I'm hoping isee it that way too. I know they're super affective. So maybe I'm ready for that. I obviously need a change. I love this sparkpeople page. I never even knew it existed.

yeah, I am not a fan of the plyo, but by the time you get to it, its just a new challenge--and its ONLY 2 weeks. Kristin (K-Getting-Fit) loves the plyo.

Thank you! My daughter is going to be 18 in a week. :) I'm def nervous about the third phase plyo isn't my friend lol

Hi there and welcome to the team! The first couple of weeks do seem to be a ramp up for people not used to weight training (that was me 9 months ago). Enjoy them while you can- cuz they start getting crazy in Phase 2 & 3. Hold out on the no cardio and build up that muscle!

You'd be the first family I've seen doing the program together- very cool! How old is your daughter?

I definitely notice a difference with the BCAAs and Flax seed oil. Can't live without my protein powder and post-workout smoothies. Otherwise, I just take a multi-vitamin and occasionally Calcium when I can.

Hi guys! My husband, my daughter and I just started live fit today. I'm excited. I've been eating pretty clean and working out for a few months now and recently lost about 30 lbs. I was stuck in a rut and needed a change. I really wanna see definition and hoping this will help. The no cardio is hard to swallow. I understand the necessity though. I added a few more exercises to phase one since we have been working out this workout was too simple. I also started taking the supplements she suggests. Has anyone noticed a,difference with the supps?
