Hi guys! My husband, my daughter and I just started live fit today. I'm excited. I've been eating pretty clean and working out for a few months now and recently lost about 30 lbs. I was stuck in a rut and needed a change. I really wanna see definition and hoping this will help. The no cardio is hard to swallow. I understand the necessity though. I added a few more exercises to phase one since we have been working out this workout was too simple. I also started taking the supplements she suggests. Has anyone noticed a,difference with the supps?
