Hi and welcome. Excited to hear you started. Congrats on day 1.

What are you working with at home? hand weights, barbell, exercise bands/tubing, ball
That will help figure out what needs modifying. Also, there are some alternatives under the Help section. Many of us do it at home and modify the gym moves.

I am also a SAHM. The only equipment I have is some dumbbells, an exercise ball, some resistance bands (not really sure how I ended up with 4 lol) and an at home gym that attaches to the back of the door and has resistance bands on it (got it at wal-mart for 30$). Youtube is a good place to look for some alternates, and LOWFATFOODIE has posted her alternates in here somewhere... lol

Day three today for me, and I had to find alternates for almost everything. I didn't get a chance to get it in this morning, had a meeting with my sons teacher about his behavior (damn 4 year olds! lol) So I am working it while he's at school in about and hour! Good Luck!

Hi all started Day 1 today....Im a SAHM with no gym access and no excusses!!!. I have a few weights. Does anyone have any way to adapt the gym equipment exercises to at home? I have figured out a few for day 1.

Would love advice!

Also stretching before/after cant find a good routine for this....trying
