The diet is really going to be a huge challenge for me as well.

I start the workout program on Sunday and have a big grocery run planned for tomorrow. I'm trying to plan it out as best I can so I won't get discouraged because I don't have the right food, etc.

I am starting over- it's totally necessary and the biggest hurdle for me will be the diet for sure. I know I can do it and I have to put in the effort. We can do this!

How's it going for you? I love exercising, but needed to kick my diet in the rear. i think the changes will be exactly what I'm needing.

I like to think of myself as being in somewhat decent shape, but here lately I've let my fitness and nutrition fall to the wayside. My goal is to lose enough weight that I'm 14-15% BF again and maintain it through the winter. I have to have a goal, and hope this works. :-)
