I'm just now starting phase 1 as well. Today's day 3. I've not been out of the gym, so i'm not sore yet (although I have legs tomorrow, and they always hurt). But it's so difficult for me to not snack on simple carbs throughout the day.

Progress pics really help me see the changes that I miss looking in the mirror everyday. I took weekly progress pics over the summer and I love watching my bf% reduce and the muscle tone start to pop out.

Last night I was watching a movie with my hubby and his sister's family. He thought it was funny to squeeze my thigh because I would jump with pain! Everyone else just thought we were being weird, but OMG hurt so much!! Gonna try do some yoga this weekend to loosen everything up.

Can't wait to see your progress girl!

Today, I compare myself to one other person: me yesterday.

I'm into my second week! I feel your pain! I lifted fairly heavy this week and im really liking the change up in exercises from what my last routine was. Thats actually a great idea im gonna start taking progress pictures too!

Hi!!

Any one else just starting the program? I'm almost finished week 1 - omg SORE!! lol. I've been away from the gym for a month, and its amazing how quickly you lose your strength! I hope to be back to my pre-honeymoon weight - which was a month ago - by the end of the program.

Just posted a blog with "before" pics. Can't wait to start seeing results :)
