I started a while ago but I had to stop due to a family emergency so I started back up again yesterday =)
I'm really excited to stick to the plan this time but I'm very nervous seeing as I'm moving cross country in a few weeks (I'll be driving) and I have a feeling it's going to be EXTREMELY difficult to stick to it on the road. Not to mention all of my favorite restaurants that I wanted to visit before I took off so I know I'm going to be having a few slack off days.
It is a little bit expensive but after the initial start-up cost it seems to get better. Either way, good luck to you =)
Hi, I started but then got sick so am restarting the exercises this week. have been mostly following the eating side and have protein bars portioned and frozen. planning is a big part of this program.good luck. the facebook group has lots of info.

I've had a few weeks to plan for starting this program and I definitely won't be successful unless I continue to plan and prepare for each week, including making up my weekly food plan, cooking all my food on Sunday, and having my gym days scheduled for the week. It's been time consuming but the program will work for me if I can keep this up. I am at the end of day 2. So far I am loving all the food I get to eat. I did the first workout yesterday (arms are getting sorer by the hour!) but have to wait till tomorrow to do the second workout. Yesterday I didn't eat all the food I had scheduled because I got up too late, but today I got it all in within 3-4 hours of each other. I want to aim for exactly 3 hours but that is hard with my job as a teacher so I will just do my best to stay on my food schedule. Good luck with your start up!
I started this week too. I actually just learned about it yesterday, and spent the day learning about the program and planning my week's meals. So I started this morning. I've already blown it a little bit because I had planned a lunch-date with my mom, but I was pretty good. A little bit of white bread and a little bbq sauce (sugar!) but everything else was totally clean. I'm going to have to do better planning to make sure I stay on track.

I am finally starting LiveFit tomorrow! I am so excited. I have been studying the program and watching the facebook page as well as this group to learn from everyone who has already started and now it is my turn. I am a bit overwhelmed, especially by the food part, but I intend to follow the program as close to 100% as possible. Over the past week I have been building my first week meal plan, and today I went to BJ's and the regular grocery store to try to get everything I needed. After spending about $200 I still have about 17 more items I have to get tomorrow morning at either Trader Joes or Whole Foods. I am starting from total scratch mostly though, so I had to buy some expensive things like spices that I won't have to buy again for a long time. Hopefully it is just the initial start up that is so expensive. I tried to make my meal plan pretty simple but apparently that did not happen. Tomorrow morning I will get up and make my first clean eating meal then shop and cook for the rest of the week, then do my first workout day with JOIE501 who is also starting. Woohoo!!! Anyone else starting now?
