good luck! I am taking a little while to start as well--I have the same problems. Lack of consistency on the diet and a lame strength training routine!

Hi all!
I won't be able to start the program until October, as I'm training for my first marathon and cutting out cardio and lowering carbs wouldn't be great for my race performance!
I'm joining the team now, though because I want to really educate myself on the program and learn from your experiences so that I will be the most successful that I can.
I want to do the challenge because I am terrible at getting my strength training in and because my diet needs a HUGE overhaul. And to be honest, I'm a little burnt out on running at the moment with marathon training, so it will be refreshing to challenge my body in a new way this fall/winter.
