sounds like you have a great deal to keep you active and moving as an inspiration to what you have already accomplished. You can do finish and maintain the journey ... sounds like you have all the tools.

Hi my name is Karen - Since Dec. of 2011 I have lost just about 75 pounds. I have only been on spark with this username since Sept. of this year my journey continues. My goals are to maintain health with eating fresh whole foods , most of which I grow. I have many interests in fitness , cycle , swim, fencing, sculling (rowing) ,tia chi , jazzercise , speed walk 5ks, and weight training. Love to cook , good conversation and am a very good listener.
