I have a spreadsheet I can send you that will help you calculate your intake for Insanity if you want. Are you following the nutrition plan that came with the program? Congrats on starting, great program huh? How are you doing with it, are you on month 2 now?

Hi, I've been doing Insanity for about 2 weeks now and using this website to track my calories. I'm 127ish pounds right now and trying to get down to 115. Have any other women with similar body types lost weight with Insanity? Have many calories did you eat? I'm eating anywhere from 1400-1700 calories a day.

I know the Insanity diet is important to follow, but I am an extremely poor college student with very little time. I'm definitely eating healthy and not JUST focusing on calories.
