Hi Mrs.P! I'm getting married in roughly four months too, so I know what you're saying about being stressed. Have you had a chance to take a look at sparkpeople's "challenge central"? I think there is a stress challenge available.

I found when I joined Spark, just getting comfortable and being honest with myself and other sparkers was possibly the most difficult yet rewarding aspect of this community. You realize quickly that you can't do this for looks, it has to be for a healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life. Set some realistic goals, and go for it! You can do this!!!

I am new to Sparkpeople and found this team, which I hope will push me in the right direction. I got engaged over a year ago and planned to lose weight during that time. Unfortunately, I gained more. Now at 4 months till the wedding, I know I have to do something. I am an emotional eater and have been very stressed with the wedding, work and just general day to day life at times. I need a push to get me going.
