Certain diets work on some people and other ways of eating work for others. What may have worked for your sister, may not work for you. Everybody's metabolism works differently. Keep us posted if you are going to try this way of eating.

Hello all....I'm quite new to Sparkpeople and have just set my goals for the next year. My sister mentioned she had good results with intermittent fasting (eat for 8 hours/fast for 16 hours daily). Has anyone had any similar results? Thoughts? I am committed with daily exercise and healthy eating but thought no food from 6 pm to 10 am would fit into my schedule. Thanks!
