What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc.

hi everyone, my name is Sheryl. this is my second round of loosing weight - i am working on my last 20 lbs after taking a brief intermission( so to speak) of loosing weight. i first starting loosing weight in the later part of 2010 with the help of curves - and i lost a total of 60 lbs and 7 dress sizes. you have to be true to yourself - you have to love yourself, and who you are before you can truly loves others when is comes to nutrition - if you do have those cravings - than give in to your craving and pick your self up and start again. you can't give up on yourself.
