Hi everyone. Just thought I'd introduce my self to you. My name is Linda (Fuzzylambsears) and I live in Southwestern Ontario. I've looked at SparkPeople before but was too shy to join properly, but I've decided to jump in with both feet. I have about 85 lbs to lose and if I don't do something about it now, I never will.
