emoticon Hello there and emoticon to Spark People and to our team!

What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc.

Good luck on your journey and if you need help at any point, just drop me a line and I'll get back to you pronto. emoticon

We all have to question ourselves sometimes but welcome back.
Check out the 'Daily Chat' to find some new friends, for more support and positive feedback.
They are a wonderful group.

emoticon I had to go through some life lessons before understanding what my goal in life and living is really all about. Although I am not a newbie, in the sense of new to sp, I have not been on spark for a while, so I guess, I am sort-of new. I look forward to the interaction and making new friends. Most importantly, I hope to meet my goal of living a healthy, active lifestyle and perhaps, lose a few inches along the way.

To all the "new" newbies to sp, keep it simple. If you have a goal yet find it undaunting to tackle, break it down into smaller goals. The smaller the goal, the more achievable it is to reach, the more encouraged you will become to keep moving forward.

Negativity is hazardous to my health.
