Hi! I'm in the same boat as you. I have done very well in the past, but gained the weight back once I stop tracking/being accountable. I'm trying this site, as an alternative to a paid program I used to use, knowing that I can be successful for good this time! Good luck and happy new year~!
Hello there and to Spark People and to our team!
What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc.
As co-leader of this team I recommend that you check out the following link. This will inform you as to what is available to you on Spark People. Very useful ... It will actually help you get set up on SP.
Good luck on your journey and if you need help at any point, just drop me a line and I'll get back to you pronto.
