Hi! I'm in the same boat as you. I have done very well in the past, but gained the weight back once I stop tracking/being accountable. I'm trying this site, as an alternative to a paid program I used to use,knowing that I can be successful for good this time! Good luck and happy new year~!
What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc.
