What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc.

Tanks Darlene. Wish you a nice Thanksgiving. Personally, my husband and I, we will bring our teenager girls to a concert in Montreal this weekend. They're very excited to see those people popular on You Tube!!! Me, I'm just excited to see them having fun.
I live in Ottawa since 14 years, love it a lot. Before, I was in province de Québec, near the city of Trois-Rivières (it's a very nice city too). I love Ottawa for the bicycle paths, the museum, the downtown with Byward market and the parliment hill and the parliment cats. I love to go skating on the canal and reward myself with a beavertail!!!
