emoticon Hello there and emoticon to Spark People and to our team!

What I love on Spark People is that the support is unlimited! You need motivation, read up on the success stories and/or post a query and someone will be there to help you along. It is always difficult to start something new but Spark People make it so easy for us all to achieve our ultimate goals. Take it step by step: a) study the site, b) incorporate good habits from the beginning, c) start exercising, etc. What is also important is to take one step at a time, a day at a time and you will see progress surfacing.

As leader of this team I recommend that you check out the following link. This will inform you as to what is available to you on Spark People. Very useful ... It will actually help you get set up on SP.

Hi Holli. Welcome! What helps me the most is keeping a log of everything I eat. Don't ever stop doing that. When you want to kick yourself in the butt for something you ate wrong, just remember to get up and keep going. You and I are about the same weight and I, just like everyone else on here, struggle every day. We need to rise and do what's right for us. It will help our self esteem and lead us to places in our lives we never imagined. emoticon
